We want to help remove financial barriers so our patients can get affordable dental care that meets their individual needs. Before scheduling treatment, we are happy to provide an estimate of costs. Many patients have dental insurance and, in the majority of cases, we are able and pleased to assist you in maximizing your dental benefits. We require that uninsured costs be paid the day services are rendered.
For patients covered by insurance, we will accept assignment of benefits. This means that your insurance is allowed to “assign” payments to our office. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of the cost of your treatment. It is because of this, and the extreme delay in receiving payment from insurance companies, that you are asked to pay your deductible and your portion of charges when services are rendered.
Please note that any estimates we provide to you are based on information provided to us by your insurance and are not a guarantee of payment. Only after a claim is submitted and payment is made by your insurance company can your final amount due be determined. As a courtesy, we file claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and track claims for you.
